Fresh Tomato Salsa

  • 12 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, diced
  • 3 tbsp, onion, diced
  • 3 tsp, fresh cilantro, chopped
  • juice of 1 lime

Mix all together and in a medium size bowl. Refrigerate at least a couple of hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
